[Bldg-sim] Oversized Chiller

Hello,

 

I have seen a few prior posts regarding eQuest oversizing a chiller
where the chiller runs only in the lower part-loads (in my case up to
50%) even though it appears through the inputs that eQuest should be
autosizing the chiller. I have not see answers or solutions to this
problem. Has anyone out there figured this out yet?
