Hi Janne,
This appears to be a bug in equest - free cooling should override DCV. I
ran into the same problem a few months ago, and found no solution other than
post-processing hourly report data.

Subject: [Bldg-sim] DCV and Enthalpy Economizer
Hi All,
I'm currently working on a model that has CO2 sensing in a few large high
occupancy spaces. When I select DCV Return Sensor with a minimum OA sizing
method of 'Sum of Zone OA', it drives up the energy consumption of my
electric centrifugal open chillers during the winter months (this is in
climate zone 5A). But without the DCV Return Sensor, there is no space
cooling energy consumption during the winter months. It appears as if the
DCV Return Sensor is overriding the Enthalpy Economizer with a drybulb high
limit of 70F. Does anyone have any insight into what is happening?
Thank You,
Janne
