[Bldg-sim] E-QUEST Heating Problems

Is that due to summer reheat? Healthcare facility requires somewhat high minimum air changes. So reheat may be needed in summer time.

All-

I am modeling a health care facility and for some reason the building is heating AND cooling during the summer months.  And because there is heating during summer, the cooling load increases greatly.  Does anybody know how this can be fixed?
