[Bldg-sim] Track Lighting for ASHRAE 90.1-2004 Appendix G

Hello,

Has anyone dealt with a project that has low-voltage track lighting for an
Appendix G energy model?  Section 9.1.4 requires that the lighting power be
the wattage of the transformer that supplies the system (9.1.4(d)).  For
Appendix G, are we required to the installed lighting to include this load?
