[Bldg-sim] Data Collection Template for Office Building Energy Modeling

Hello Everyone,
Can someone share a template for collecting various inputs that maybe needed for an existing medium office building modeling. It would be great if it can be shared it in a template format, if not, any pointers on the most overlooked inputs would be helpful.
