[Bldg-sim] Baseline system

Hi All,
            In on of projects for my basline i have to go by system 8 which
is VAV with PFP boxes mentioned in page 176.Can anyone clear me what is the
meaning of PFP boxes i dont understand  what  this PFP boxes means .

Any response will be deeply admired.
