[Bldg-sim] CFMs vs CFMd

Hi Carolyn,
I'll take a crack at this. I am in agreement with you that CFMs comes
from/is used for the baseline model. If you look at the Option 2 on Table
6.5.3.1a you will notice the variable designated as A. Right below the same
Table, A is defined. It includes CFMd, which is information you would only
have from a proposed design building. So, I would say instead: CFMs,
modified using an Option 2 formula, which take into consideration CFMd when
appropriate, is what you use for your proposed design.
Hope this makes sense. As always, I am open for correction.
