[Bldg-sim] Two system single zone, radiant, displacement

A bit of mid week trivia.

A single zone, dual system equest scenario supplied by radiant slab  
(heat/cool) AND displacement ventilation.

How does this approach sound:

- dummy zone, 100% oa, reduced kw/ton, reduced floor-to-ceiling  
(oversize plenum)

- add baseboard

- ideas for adding radiant cool? already used my the one main system i  
get per zone for displacement, otherwise could run chilled water thru  
zones airside, turn down fan again
