[Bldg-sim] Suggested R values in walls and roof...

Need to refocus my eQuest sights on East Coast buildings.

Assume I have a multi family complex that is at least 33 years old in New 
jersey. Since people in cold climates have been sensible about putting 
insulation in structures, can anyone give me guidance as to where i might find a 
source for probable insulation during that era in New Jersey?
