I am trying to make a schedule for the server room.  

I have heard that a server uses 100% of the energy 100% of the time.  I don't
believe it.  I've only found one web-site that said a server goes to 60% at
night.

If I have the people working 8-5, what could I put as the server schedule?

60% unoccupied and 90% occupied.  (I'm assuming that even when working, the
server doesn't run at max name plate.)

The danged server is killing my process load.
