[Bldg-sim] Appendix G Table B?

Dear All,

In the LEED NC 2009 Reference Manual, it is mentioned that receptacle
loads can be taken from a certain Table G-B? My copy of the 90.1 standard
does not have such a table, am I overlooking something here?

Also, what do receptacle loads include? Is this equivalent to process
loads? For example, are computers to be included in receptacle loads?
