[Bldg-sim] White Box Technologies announces the establishment of a Center for Open Source Building Simulations

I was referring strictly to the ESTSC/LBNL version of DOE-2.1E.  I am 
aware that Jeff has another version of 2.1E that bifurcates from a 
certain point,
and have talked to Jeff about this.  I want COSBES to be a platform for 
open source computing, not a platform for finger-pointing and 
reconstructing
15 year old history.
