Be aware that RETScreen includes "destratification savings" for industrial buildings, which in one evaluation I did turned out to be a significant fraction of the calculated savings. This may or may not be appropriate for your situation. See page SAH21 of the Engineering & Cases Textbook (3rd edition) for details.

I think RET Screen has a solar air heating module.
Not sure if Norm Weaver is still active on this list, but I think he was working on creating an analysis tool for Solar Wall.

I'm not sure which software to even attempt this with?
