[Bldg-sim] eQuest Weather File Conversion Error

Can anyone help me with an eQuest Weather File conversion error?
When using the eQuest Weather Format Convertor and selecting the
File_IWEC.epw weather file in the eQuest weather folder in my c drive and
clicking "Convert" I get an error saying "Invalid Filename"
Anyone seen this before?
