[Bldg-sim] actual data of long term energy performance in commercial buildings

Dear all,

I am interested in long-term energy performance in commercial buildings. I can not find publications about actual energy data (5 years or more) and analysis of annual difference of these energy use for a commercial building. Anyone knows where there is some relevant research about this topic?
I would appreciate if anyone can provide some information about this topic.
