[Bldg-sim] Whole Building Simulation for Parking Garage

Hi all!

 

Is it possible to make an WBS according to appendix G for a parking garage?
What assumptions do I have to make?

 

Or in other words: Is it possible to get a LEED certification for a parking
garage? (no toilets, no mechanical ventilation, just lighting). Which rating
system? Just found this on:
