[Bldg-sim] EE4 Hourly Reports

Brad,

Unfortunately, EE4 does not generate hourly reports.

Attached is a .pdf of a procedure I wrote up for creating an hourly 
report on total enduse kW (as required by HPNC) from an EE4 file.  It 
requires running your simulation in DOE outside of EE4 and describes 
that too.
