[Bldg-sim] conversion 3D dxf to gbXML

I'm not aware of any direct conversion possible from 3D dxf to gbXML. You
should be able to import a 3D dxf into SketchUp though which might give you
some options for exporting afterwards. Certainly with the IES <VE> you can
use a plugin to export the model back out.

Does anybody know a good converter from 3D dxf to gbXML ? 

Hopefully shareware.

I want to use the gbXML as input to DesignBuilder.
