[Bldg-sim] Washington State Energy Code Climate Zone Map

Otto,

Not that I would be an expert on the Washington State energy code, but I just happened to be looking at it on the web yesterday, and found it has only two climate zones, as follows:

ZONE 1:  Climate Zone 1 shall include all counties not included in Climate Zone 2.  
ZONE 2:  Climate Zone 2 shall include: Adams, Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, Kittitas, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, and Whitman counties.
