You could try the PCM facilities within ESP-r. These are available in the advanced materials option.

Dear,

Our research team is trying to investigate the thermal mass effect of
PCM- (Phase Change Materials) based building materials such as the
Paraffin. Does anyone know a computer simulation tool that tests this
issue considering the latent heat for phase changing?
