[Bldg-sim] eQuest - Model verification

There is a ASHRAE guideline that outlines the metrics for deciding when the
model is calibrated - ASHRAE guideline 14. Also it is alluded to by the RMI
modelling workshop slides. The CVRMSE is around 10%, and the monthly ERR is
15%. I usually look at these numbers for electric and gas separately.
How many people follow the ASHRAE guideline for calibration and are there
any other metrics out there?
