Don't the TMY2 & EPW weather data files have ground temperature in them?

You can convert the epw files to CSV so that you can take a look at them
with the energy plus weather utility, if I remember correctly.

Subject: [Bldg-sim] Ground Temperature: Building Surface
Hi everyone
The Energy plus documentation specifies that for typical commercial
buildings in the USA, a reasonable default value for ground temperature:
building surface is 2 degC less than the average indoor space temperature.
What could be a probable default ground temperature for Indian climates,
say New Delhi or Jaipur?
Thanks
Sandeep
