[Bldg-sim] LEED Version 3 Unmet hours

Hi Otto -

I see from the bottom right of the page in your attachment that your credit
form is not the latest version...you have version 0.2.3, and the latest
version is v3.0 for LEED NC EAp2. There were lots of issues with the
original versions of many of the LEED v3 forms, so I recommend that you
update your credit form to avoid these problems...it will save you lots of
headaches. I believe the unmet hour issue has been corrected in the newer
form. To get the newest form, first make sure you save a copy of your
current form so you don't lose any information you've already entered, and
then click the "feedback" button in LEED online and request a form upgrade
for EAp2 (and EAc1, while you're at it).

Also, be sure to use the provided excel spreadsheet to enter all your
Baseline vs. Design case data rather than entering it in the form (EAp2
Section 1.4 tables.xls). This is found under the "Credit Resources" link on
the EAp2 credit information page in your LEED online project. Since you have
the old version of the form, it might not be clear that you are supposed to
use the spreadsheet.

Hope this helps, and good luck wading through the new version for the first
time!

Rachel
