[Bldg-sim] Green factory.

Hi All,
          I have one existing factory(tiles manufacturing) which is
unconditioned and going for factory rating how to meet Minimum energy
performance for this, the second aspect of this is that there are no
workers in factory because the process is automated only in loading
and unloading very few workers are there. How to go with such factory.
