[Bldg-sim] Walk-in Coolers

Canmet devellopped a RETSCREEN application for refrigeration.
I did not used it yet but this could be a start.

On our other project we used TRNSYS, Energy + and ESPr.
The main reason was to include thermal mass.  The 
inclusion of thermal mass does a make a 
difference on the capacity of the system and energy consumption.
