[Bldg-sim] E+ HVAC GUI Beta is here!

I have not downloaded the new GUI yet (I'm at Disney World J), but this is
supposed to be a major upgrade to the HVAC par, with drag and drop HVAC
loops and other improvements; I think it's probably worth looking at.

This is their 3rd release version. I have used it before and have not been
very impressed with the way it interfaces with Energyplus and the IDF files
it produces. Also in the past many HVAC features had been left out. The
impressive feature was always the geometry builder but with where OpenStudio
is now it doesn't compete on the geometry side of things.
