[Bldg-sim] LEED - District chw using default plant efficiencies

Hello all,

I'm writing to see if anyone has yet modeled a project using the default chilled water plant efficiencies in Option 2 of the LEED District guidelines. We have a project where the district plant efficiencies are not known, and therefore used the default efficiencies - given as 4.4 COP for the whole cooling plant (chiller, tower, pumps). We have many other measures that we expect to push us above the 3 point floor (for v2.2).
Has anyone done this? I'm trying to determine if we should just model the chiller with a 4.4 COP and the other equipment as not consuming energy, or break up this 4.4 somehow into the various pieces of equipment. If breaking up, there isn't any guidance as to how to apply the efficiencies to each.

Thanks
Corinne
