Jawan,

Assuming you have the same air flow rates (but varying velocities), to change the energy consumption of the fan in EnergyPlus you will need to change the value of the Pressure Rise parameter in fan object (Fan:ConstantVolume or Fan:VariableVolume).  The increased velocity will change your pressure drop which will result in different energy consumption for varying velocities.
