[Bldg-sim] SimBuild 2012 Accommodations Update

Some information for people planning on attending the SimBuild 2012 
conference in Madison and that have not yet made their reservations for 
accommodations:

The block of rooms that has been set aside for conference attendees at 
the Madison Concourse Hotel will expire at the end of June and rates 
will return to the normal rates for hotel rooms. I have been informed 
that because of another conference in Madison that overlaps the dates of 
SimBuild that rates for hotel rooms will be significantly higher than 
the block rates for all hotels in the conference vicinity.  So I 
encourage you to make your hotel reservations by the end of the month.
