A couple that I haven't seen mentioned above:

GB 50189-2005 - "Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings"
- This contains some specific guidance for energy analysis for projects in
China.

Also the USGBC has provided a technical manual called

"Advanced Energy Modeling for LEED"

Also I have seen 90.1 mentioned, but not a specific mention of the 90.1
Users Manual which I personally found very helpful when I was first picking
up modeling.
