[Bldg-sim] Residential Calculations question

We are looking for some information on manual J software. Is the
Wrightsoft Right J program the best available to make easy manual J load
calcs? Is Right Draw required to work with Right J or is Right J fine
all by itself?
Are there any programs that can import a cad floorplan directly? In
general, what is the best (with cost in mind) program to make manual J
calculations?
Thanks in advance for any responses, time is of the essence on this one
as we are to make a decision on software programs today.
