[Bldg-sim] Backup Air System

Hello group,

I have a datacenter room with 2 air conditioner, one for normal use and the
other one for backup if the first one fails.

Do I need to describe this backup airconditioner in the Table 1.4 of Leed?
I guess I don't need to, but I haven't found it in any documentation nor a
reliable source.

Have any of you come across this situation before?

Any suggestion would much appreciated.
