[Bldg-sim] How to meter the energy consumption of a chiller during peak time and off peak time in eQuest?

Dear all,
In a district cooling using ice-storage project, the baseline building is required to meter energy consumption separately in peak time and off peak time, as the proposed building.
In the proposed case, I use a virtual chiller to produce ice during off peak time, thus, it is easy to meter the peak energy consumption and off peak consumption by set different elec. meters on different chillers.
Now the baseline is also required to meter the energy consumption separately. I wonder if there is any method to directly meter the energy consumption during different time for ONE chiller.
