Varkie,

I'm not sure what you mean about "EnergyPlus Weather", since EPW is just 
a file format that is not specific to weather data themselves.  TMY3 is 
a type of weather data and released in a CSV format, but it can also be 
converted to TMY2, EPW, BIN, etc.   The EnergyPlus Weather web site 
contains a lot of files from various sources that's all been converted 
to EPW.   There's probably a weather file for Singapore there, but I 
haven't bothered to check.  There's plenty of weather data for Singapore 
done by people there or others, such as ASHRAE  IWEC and IWEC2.
