[Bldg-sim] DOAS w/ VAV

Hi All,

I'm modeling a Building that has a Dedicated Outdoor Air system, this
outdoor air
is distributed for a central air system w/ VAV in each floor and then the
mixed and conditioned
air is distribuited by a single duct for each zone. The DOAS has a specific
chiller for it with a lower temperature for the chilled water, comparing to
the chillers that supplies other systems.
In the energyplus's templates doesn't has this kind of system, because you
can't have a DOAS with VAV (in this templates).

Does anyone knows how to model this system?
