[Bldg-sim] Output variables in EDSL-TAS

Hello everyone!

It seems to me that to get an output of "Surface inside/outside
temperature" in TAS is not straightforward (not easy). We couldn't figure
out how to get it. Any hint/direction please?

Also can TAS output "Zone Ventilation Volume Flow Rate" or something
similar. We want to check how much air passes from a zone to outdoors
through the "hole" we modeled on a surface.
