[Bldg-sim] LEED Platinum Hotel Baseline Queries

Dear all

I am currently working on Hotel projects targeting to achieve LEED Platinum.

The hotels are located in Singapore, thus Climate 1 related baseline shall
be used.

As indicated in 90.1 App.G 3.11A, System2, PTHP is used as baseline for
hotel guestrooms.
I am using IES VE, and its ApacheHVAC module to simulate air con system.
What shall be the part load control strategy for PTHP? Say, when air con
setting point is 24 degree C, what will PTHP working condition if internal
air drops to 22 degree C? shall the fan be stilling running or shut down
together with compressor?

Another odd thing is: for proposed design, when guestroom is unoccupied,
the fresh air will be running without reduction in amount, and the FCU fan
will be operating at medium speed which will result in small supply air
volume and small fan power.
What shall be the impact on baseline PTHP? or how shall I set the PTHP for
part load performance?

Any advice and comments are welcome.
