[Bldg-sim] PIU Temperature Schedule in eQuest

I agree that the help file language is a bit confusing.  I've always set
this parameter to the same value that is used at the zone level heating
thermostat schedule and never thought twice about it.
 For curiosity's sake, you could likely run an hourly report to determine
that the parallel fan is operating as you think it should.

To solve your problem, I usually just define a user-default expression of
#L("HEAT-TEMP-SCH").  This sets the parallel fan-powered schedule equal to
the zone thermostat schedule automatically.
