[Bldg-sim] Weather file

Dear all,

Can anyone tell me what is the reference height of wind velocities used in weather files?

In some literature, the standard height is mentioned as 10m.

Does it change for different weather files from different sources?

I am using this value to calculate the surface resistance in a model calculation.
