[Bldg-sim] Integrated Design Lab Users Group Website Launched

Bldg-Simers -

As we all strive to coalesce and concentrate resources on energy modeling,
we are happy to announce the launch of a website designed to support our
local users group here in Boise, Idaho.

including:
