[Bldg-sim] The Building Controls Virtual Test Bed 1.3 has been released

Thanks for the update Thierry!

I've tried the TRNSYS example, but could not get it to work since I don't
have the DLLs for the new TRNSYS Type 6666 and Type 6667 used by the
example.
I could not find the DLLs anywhere in the BCVTB install directory. Should I
download them from somewhere else?
