[Bldg-sim] Building input data template

Hi All,

We need to collect data for a complete building modelling project from building owners that are not very familiar with the subject. We already have access to various more or less personal input forms, with no or very cursory descriptions of each data item. I expect almost every modeler and company has their own.

What I am looking for is a template where each data item is explained and more carefully defined (in English). It seems to be the sort of thing that must have been developed by, e.g., ASHRAE at some point (and I should probably be well aware of :-).
