I am reading Fanger book for thermal comfort, I have some issues in example 14 , i am not getting the point that what is Fp - a ..... How this numerical has been solved .. Any help will be appreciated..

2) how the dynamic changeof different factors , radiant asymmtery are influencing the determination of thermal comfort?
