BLDG-SIM

I thought this community might be interested in a simulation market assessment that our lab put together at the end of 2013. It is a study that aimed to quantify if and how local (Boise, Idaho) architecture and engineering firms use simulation, and what program's they utilize. The research also serves as the baseline in benchmarking efforts to track the future adoption of building simulation over time for our area. Our hope is that we can provide valuable research that will help a firm determine their competitiveness in the market and serve as motivation to consider integrating building simulation into their practice.

You can download the .pdf from our website here: https://sites.google.com/site/idlbsug/market-assessment

Any comments from this group would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you know of similar studies, sharing those sources would help us refine future market assessments.

Cheers and thanks!
