You could try the UK NCM databases:

Or, lighting table 9.6.1 in ASHRAE 90.1 and Table G-N in the 90.1 user
manual.

For infiltration, CIBSE guide A section 4 provides guidance including some
look up tables with recommended air change rates - if you already know the
envelope permeability.
