[Bldg-sim] Modelling Fan coil units-Three speed motor

Dear All,

Fan coil units generally will have a three speed motor which can be both automatic or manual. Can this variable speed of the fan coil units taken any benefit in modelling. Only constant volume fans can be modelled for FCU in equest. If the benefit can be considered, how to model the same in equest.
