[Bldg-sim] Cannot get Baseboard to work in New York

I think you have to manually assign a capacity. For some reason eQUEST doesn’t autosize baseboards, if I recall. Usually I use a formula based on zonal square footage.

Know I am missing something.

I have 4 floors of electric baseboards in New York City building. I have the rating blank and the CTRL on Thermostatic. It says if there is any heating, the baseboards should come on 1st. There IS heating, but no baseboards.

Help?
