[Bldg-sim] Excessive energy savings from space heating

Dear all,

I am using eQUEST for a LEED project in Spain. I used System 5  
Packaged VAV for the baseline model and my savings are almost 95%  
compared to the proposed model, which doesn't seem to be justified. I  
tested System 6 in a previous model and the savings were considerably  
lower (and more reasonable). Have you had any similar experience with  
System 5 and very high energy savings for heating?
