Yes, you only get to take the pressure drop adjustment for baseline systems serving spaces that are served by the MAU in your proposed.  I have even been asked to only apply the PD to the amount of airflow the system with the filter supplies, but this was in a situation where the amount of return air very high in comparison.

A question about pressure drop credit calculation:
Table 6.5.31.1B lists the pressure drop adjustment values.  My example is a zonal system (fan coils, heat pumps, etc.).  Outdoor air is ducted from an ERV make-up air system to each zonal system.  The make-up air system has a heat recovery device and a MERV 13 filter.  Does one take credit for the devices on the make-up air system when calculating the baseline fan power for the respective systems?

As only a fraction of the supply flow of the zonal systems comes from the make-up air system, it seems inappropriate to take credit for devices on the make-up air system?
