The proposed should reflect the actual design within the constraints of App G.  Only the baseline should be auto-sized.

I am wondering what the GBCI policy is on self-sizing air flows at the zone level for multi-zone system such as VAVS, IU, etc. for the proposed design model.  I have always been of the thought that the zone air flows should be explicitly sized in the proposed case model.
